Neil J. Prete
President

Neil J. Prete has over 45 years of experience in construction. He is also the chairman of the board of the New Haven Alliance. He began in the field as a carpenter and moved through the ranks, learning the business first-hand until finally taking over the family business and forming A. Prete Construction Co., Inc. in 1995. As president of A. Prete, and the project executive for all projects, Neil has completed hundreds of millions of dollars’ worth of construction throughout the State of Connecticut. Neil has overseen innumerable public and private school projects, offices, hospitals, senior living, country clubs, shopping centers, and malls.

Jonathan Prete
Vice President

Jonathan Prete is the Vice President and oversees Project Management. Jonathan has worked his way up at A. Prete Construction since 1997. Jonathan specializes in working with the client, owner’s representative, and design team and subcontractors to expiate project schedule. He has successfully managed millions of dollars of construction projects, including public schools, housing, healthcare, and retail. His impressive record speaks volumes about his command of construction processes

Nicole Corriveau
Controller

Nicole Corriveau has been the accountant for A Prete since 2010. Experience managing payrolls, accounts payable and receivable. Her experience is fortified by her personal preparation of documents for the Cities and States and monthly requisitions for large construction projects using AIA documents and protocols as well as the year end accountant financials. She prepares all required SBI (small business initiative) Reports for the City of New Haven, as well as the EEO reporting for the Commission on Equal Employment Opportunities. Nicole interacts with all subcontractors, ensuring that they meet all contractual requirements.
