Project Description
New Haven Academy was a project we constructed that is designed to Energy Star Standards. The school was previously a female catholic school and is now going to be one of New Haven’s High Schools. New Haven Academy is a ‘renovate’ as new project that encompassed 67,000 square feet. The existing school is three stories with a basement and work included but was not limited to, new masonry veneer around the entire building, site work, state of the art classrooms, gym stage, science rooms, kitchen, cafeteria, administration offices, roofing, and MEP Systems.
